Not every product is a marketplace. Jaw is a utility: fast, light, useful every day, and it loads on a bad connection. It exists partly on its own merits and partly because a daily-use product is the cheapest place to introduce people to everything else.
The location taxonomy underneath it was rebuilt from OCHA administrative data after we found the original list was unreliable.
