Employers post, candidates search and apply, and the whole thing works on a phone. The interesting engineering is upstream: most hiring in this market happens in Telegram channels, so we built a pipeline that reads those channels, extracts a structured role from unstructured Arabic text, and publishes it — one advertisement per role, deduplicated.
