Who we are
This website is run by Shard Soft EOOD, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. We decide what is collected here and why.
What we collect
When you send a contact message or a venture application, we store what you type (name, email, company, your message or answers) together with your IP address and the page you came from, and we email the enquiry to our team.
We use Google reCAPTCHA on those forms to stop spam. Google receives technical data from your browser to do this, under Google's own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, roughly where from, on what device. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this usage data to Google. We use it only to understand and improve the site, not to identify you.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to judge venture applications, to keep the forms free of spam, and to see which pages are useful. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications stay in our records for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a business record of the conversation. Analytics data is kept by Google under the retention setting of our account. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics; the site works without them. You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
