Sales Automation

Selling on WhatsApp: turning chats into a real pipeline

In this region, WhatsApp is not a marketing channel. It is where commerce happens. The problem is that a conversation is not a pipeline, and by month six nobody can remember who asked what.

The actual problem

Leads arrive across a website form, WhatsApp, a phone call and Instagram. None of it reconciles. Two salespeople reply to the same person. Someone who asked about pricing in March is never followed up. There is no way to answer "how many enquiries did we get last month" without guessing.

What to automate first

Capture, not conversation. The highest-return step is not an auto-reply — it is making sure every enquiry from every channel lands in one place with a name, a source and a timestamp. Do this before anything else.

Routing. Route by product, language or region so the right person answers and nobody answers twice.

Follow-up. Most lost deals are not lost to competitors; they go quiet and nobody chases. An automated nudge after a set number of days recovers more revenue than any clever campaign.

Drafting. A model reads the incoming message, extracts what they want, and drafts a reply for the rep to edit and send. This is where AI belongs — assisting the human, not replacing them.

The part people get wrong

Use the official WhatsApp Business Platform for anything at scale. Unofficial automation libraries driving WhatsApp Web are cheap and work until the number is banned — which happens on bulk outbound, usually at the worst moment. If the number is your business, do not put it at risk.

Keep the thing that works

WhatsApp converts because it feels like a person. Automate the admin around the conversation — the capture, the routing, the reminder, the record. Do not automate the conversation itself.

We build this, including the official Cloud API integration and the CRM behind it.
